Mind. Body. Motion

Once a month we bring a community of like-minded individuals together through the bridging vehicles of sport, fitness and healthy eating.  We aim to reset the culture norm of congregating, fellowship and building with one another over events and meals that hinder health instead of promoting it.

Are you tired of social gatherings that leave you feeling sluggish and unhealthy? It’s time to reset the culture norm and embrace events that promote wellness and connection.

At Mind. Body. Motion, we believe that social interactions should nourish both our bodies and our souls. That’s why we’ve created a monthly community gathering centered around sport, fitness, and healthy eating.

“The mind and body are inseparable. What affects one affects the other.”
-Hippocrates
